The registration fee is deducted only from your credit card
(VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB).
* Fees must be paid in Japanese Yen.
*The credit card holder name should be the same as the participant. If the name differs,
the credit card payment may be canceled by the Secretariat.


After you complete on-line registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Secretariat.


Cancellation shall be possible only if the Secretariat receives written notification.

Cancellation fees for Registration of Symposium Attendance are as follows:
-Cancellation made by August 17, 2009 : Full Refund
-Cancellation made by September 10, 2009 : 50% of the total fee(charged)
-Cancellation made from September 11, 2009 : No Refund
*All refunds will be made after the Symposium.

Cancellation fees for Hotel are as follows:
-Cancellation made 10 days or more days prior to the date of arrival will not incur a charge.
-Cancellation made 9days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.
-Cancellation made 1 day prior to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge.
-Cancellation made on the day of arrival will incur a 80% charge.
-No cancellation made will incur a 100% charge.
